
stretches for shin splints and mid calf pain after running?
i run a lot but i’m young and healthy. lately everytime i run i get either shin splints or calf pain, sometimes both. it goes away after my run but it comes back once i start running again. any good stretches to get rid of the pain? [and yes i have tried icing it]
also has any runner ever experienced a sudden shocking/stabbing feeling in the thigh after a hard running workout? what is it?
